SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the On The Spot Dating text messaging program (the "Program"). By opting in to receive text messages from On The Spot Dating ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these SMS Terms. If you do not agree, please do not opt in, or reply STOP to opt out at any time.
1. Program Description
The On The Spot Dating SMS Program sends text messages related to our live dating shows and singles mixer events, including ticketing, event logistics, contestant casting, promotions, and customer support, as described in Section 3 below.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number to On The Spot Dating — through our website, ticket purchases, event registration, contestant applications, social media, in-person events, or any other method — and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from On The Spot Dating at the number provided.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may participate in our events and purchase tickets without opting in to SMS.
Consent is obtained separately for each opt-in method and is not shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Types of Messages You May Receive
Ticket confirmations, receipts, and event reminders
Venue information, parking instructions, check-in details, and event logistics
Schedule updates, postponements, cancellations, or other important announcements
Contestant casting applications, interviews, selection updates, waitlists, and follow-up communications
Invitations to exclusive events, promotions, giveaways, discounts, presales, and special offers
Customer support responses to questions or requests you submit
Requests for feedback, surveys, reviews, or testimonials regarding your event experience
Notifications about future events that may match your interests or past attendance
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with On The Spot Dating, event attendance, contestant application status, and communication preferences. Some users may receive only occasional messages, while others who actively participate in events or casting may receive more frequent updates. Message frequency may vary.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier's plan. On The Spot Dating is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
6. Age Requirement
The Program is intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By opting in, you represent that you are 21 years of age or older.
7. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe request, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
If you have an active ticket purchase, are registered for an upcoming event, or are participating in an active casting process, we may still contact you through other channels (such as email) when necessary to fulfill our services to you, even after you opt out of SMS.
You may also opt back in at any time using the same methods described in Section 2.
8. How to Get Help
For assistance with the Program, reply HELP to any message, or contact us directly at hello@onthespotdatingshow.com. We will respond to help requests promptly.
9. Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our SMS Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information in connection with the Program. That Privacy Policy is incorporated into these SMS Terms by reference.
11. No Warranty
The Program is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered free of delay or error, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and factors outside our control.
12. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective upon posting the revised SMS Terms with an updated Effective Date. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
